Listed Isla Indah package offers have historically used a USD 100 deposit. Custom retreats, accommodation-only stays, and seasonal requests may use a different deposit amount, always confirmed in writing before payment.

Balance Payment
For listed packages, the remaining balance is normally settled during check-in unless your final proposal states otherwise. USD guide prices are indicative and may be converted to IDR using the daily exchange rate.
Cancellation Policy
Because retreat plans combine rooms, activities, guides, transport, and third-party providers, cancellation terms must match the confirmed proposal rather than a generic package rule.
Before deposit payment
Your inquiry can be adjusted freely while the team is still checking dates, room options, and activity availability.
After deposit payment
Any change or cancellation follows the terms included in your written confirmation, including room/provider commitments and bank or gateway fees where applicable.
Close to arrival
Late changes may be limited when accommodation, guides, boat transfers, or activity providers have already been reserved for your stay.
Final cancellation, refund, and change terms must be reviewed in the written proposal before deposit payment.

Property Guidelines
Isla Indah is a small island retreat. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours, local residents, staff, shared spaces, and future guests.

Activities & Transport
Weather-Dependent Activities
Surfing, snorkeling, and boat excursions depend on weather and ocean conditions. Safety is our primary concern. If an activity is cancelled by guides because conditions are unsafe, we will offer a reschedule or clarify the available refund option.
Transport Policy
Airport transfers and island transport arranged through the retreat are subject to third-party availability. We recommend booking transfers at least 48 hours in advance. Missed transfers caused by delayed flights without prior notification may still be charged by the provider.
Privacy & Data Handling
Information We Collect
When you contact us or request a booking, we collect the details needed to respond and plan your stay, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, dates, guest counts, accommodation preferences, selected activities, and special requests.
How We Use and Share It
We use these details to answer inquiries, check availability, manage reservations, arrange requested services, send operational updates, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We only share relevant details with trusted accommodation, activity, transport, email, website, or payment providers when required to deliver your request.
Marketing Choices and Your Rights
Promotional email is optional and requires the separate consent shown on the signup form. You may ask us to stop marketing messages or request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Booking and accounting records may be retained where reasonably required for service, safety, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Payments and Security
Online payment details are processed through the selected payment provider and WooCommerce checkout. Isla Indah Retreat does not intentionally store complete card or banking credentials in its inquiry and booking records. Please contact us if you have a privacy or security concern.
