The Isla Indah Retreat Program
Learn everything from the beginning or if you are already advanded: strengthen your yoga skills, deepen your meditation, learn new technics and enjoy the journey towards your inner world.
In yoga, we have the ability to focus on something special when our mind is calming. Suddenly we start feeling more intense. And this is when we can focus on developing peace, harmony, love, compassion, warmth and union.
We teach you all the technics we know that you can purify your mind, release stress and relax deeply .
Hatha Yoga
We teach the Hatha Yoga of Sivananda, a unique sequence, where we are working with the whole body. We are also working with our attention and awereness to calm down the thought-waves in the mind.
The profit of this sequence is, that if you once learned it, you can practice without a teacher. Everywhere, everytime. On the otherhand it helps you with your progress if you keep practicing the same sequence and so you will soon experience a deeper, more intense yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga
By combining our motions exactly with the breath and then flowing from posture to posture allows us to enter a meditative state. Vinyasa is a meditation in motion with which we bring body and mind into balance.
No Vinyasa class is like another. You are always practicing something different, which allows you to work with all the parts of your boy.
Yin Yoga
In the calm, slow and meditative Yin Yoga classes you will experience a deep state of relaxation and stress release. It is the most meditative form of yoga, where you use a lot of probs, bolsters, blocks, and straps, to make it comfortable for you to hold the posture for a long time.
In Yin Yoga, we are holding postures from 3 minutes upwards, always focusing on being as passive as possible, giving away the tension in the body and mind step by step, until we are deeply relaxed.
Meditation
Since thousands of years humans around the world are practicing insight, mindfulness, and awareness. There are countless technics that you can use to calm down the thoughts and build up concentration.
Our teachers will convey you the basics and teach you advanced technics (like Ujjai kumbaka), if you are already an experienced practitioner.

The spiritual world has so much to give to you. We offer workshops like yoga
All of these technics are somehow linked together. And of all of
Privates
You can choose a private class, if you want our teachers putting special attention on a topic you choose. Or if you want to practice or learn more advanced practives, such as mudras, bandhas, kumbakas.
Privates are up to two hours, where you may learn special forms of pranayama, meditation or asanas.
