Not at all. Our retreats are designed for all levels, including beginners. Every class includes clear guidance and variations so you can move at your own pace.

What’s the difference between a retreat and just booking a room?

When you join a retreat, your schedule includes daily yoga and meditation classes, healthy meals, and extra activities to support your well-being. If you’re just booking a room, you’re free to explore the island at your own rhythm — and can always add classes or meals à la carte.

How do I get to Isla Indah Retreat?

We’re based on Nusa Lembongan, a small island just off the coast of Bali. If you’ve booked a retreat, we’ll organise your full trip from Bali (Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Tuban, Sanur areas) to our door. If you’re coming independently, we’ll guide you through the simple steps to get here — or you can read our full guide here.

Do you cater for vegan or gluten-free diets?

Yes — our on-site restaurant, Pisang Pisang, offers a variety of healthy dishes including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, made with local and seasonal ingredients.
